We are seeking a highly motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to aggressively pursue and secure new fit-out and renovation projects. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing deals within the commercial and residential construction sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities, focusing on companies requiring office fit-outs and high-end residential clients for apartment renovations.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, landlords, property management companies, consultants, and interior designers.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact, conducting site surveys, preparing tailored proposals and cost estimates, to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and new development projects to identify strategic business opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the design, estimation, and project delivery teams to ensure proposals are accurate and client expectations are seamlessly met.
  • Reporting: Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and activities using a CRM system and provide regular, accurate sales forecasts to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of successful sales/business development experience specifically within the Fit-Out, Interior Design, or Construction/Renovation industry is mandatory.
  • Sector Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of the processes, materials, and costing involved in Office Fit-Outs and Apartment Renovations.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Target Driven: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • License: A valid UAE/Local Driving License is required.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field is preferred.
