We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and support our growth in the Interiors sector within the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and sales, with a focus on generating leads, building client relationships, and securing high-profile design and fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Sales: Drive lead generation and identify sales opportunities to meet business growth objectives and sales targets. Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring inquiries and requests are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Market Penetration :Expand market presence in the Interiors sector within the UAE. Leverage contacts, networking, and industry associations to generate new business opportunities.
  • Project Acquisition: Identify and secure major design and fit-out projects across various sectors. Respond efficiently to tenders and project proposals.
  • Client Liaison: Collaborate closely with design and execution teams to ensure all client expectations are met. Coordinate with senior management and other departments to negotiate agreements and contracts.
  • Key Account Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business. Serve as the primary account manager for major clients, fostering trust and reliability.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the UAE, ideally within the interior design and fit-out sectors for commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality projects.
  • Established network within the retail, hospitality, residential, and commercial interior design communities in Dubai or other UAE regions.
  • Valid UAE Driving License.
