Fit-Out Site Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work follows approved drawings and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and MEP teams.
• Prepare site reports, snag lists, and maintain documentation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations.
• Submit online permits and approvals through Dubai authorities (DM, DCD, DDA, DSO, Free Zones, building management portals).
• Upload drawings/documents, follow up on approvals, and schedule inspections.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering.
• 2–5+ years of UAE fit-out site experience.
• Strong knowledge of interior finishing and AutoCAD.
• Experience handling online permit submissions in Dubai (mandatory).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
