Fit-out Site Engineer

We Are Hiring: Interior Fit-Out Site Engineer (Dubai)

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Interior Fit-Out Site Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have solid hands-on experience in commercial and mall fit-out projects and the ability to manage sites efficiently from start to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage interior fit-out works on site (shops, malls, commercial projects).
• Coordinate with designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers.
• Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
• Monitor quality, safety, and workmanship on site.
• Prepare site reports, work progress updates, and material requests.
• Attend site meetings with consultants, clients, and mall management.
• Coordinate inspections, snagging, and handover procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Architecture.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out works in Dubai.
• Proven experience in mall fit-out projects (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of joinery, MEP coordination, finishes, and shop drawing execution.
• Familiar with Dubai authorities, mall regulations, and site procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
