Fit-Out Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily site activities for fit-out works.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and project managers.
• Ensure work execution is as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
• Monitor quality, safety, and progress on site.
• Prepare site reports, material requests, and work inspections.
• Handle site measurements and coordination with MEP and civil teams.
• Follow up on project timelines and resolve technical/site issues efficiently.
• Ensure proper finishing quality and handover of projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge in gypsum, ceilings, flooring, joinery, painting, MEP coordination, and finishing works.
• Ability to read drawings and coordinate shop drawings.
• Good communication and site management skills.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
• Valid driving license is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple activities.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Immediate joining preferred.

Pay: ﷼6,500.00 - ﷼9,000.00 per hour
