Are you an experienced Fit-Out Site Supervisor with a passion for delivering high-quality interior fit-out projects?
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our growing team and oversee the execution of prestigious commercial, retail, hospitality, and office fit-out projects across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site activities and workforce
Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Subcontractors
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance
Manage materials, manpower, and site logistics
Conduct site inspections and report project status
Requirements:
✔ Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in Interior Fit-Out Projects
✔ Strong knowledge of construction drawings and site execution
✔ Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors
✔ Excellent communication and leadership skills
✔ UAE Driving License is preferred and has their own vehicle
✔ Immediate joiners will have an advantage
