Fit-Out Supervisor (Minimum 5 Years UAE Experience)

Job Summary:
Responsible for supervising all fit-out site activities, ensuring work quality, progress, and completion within deadlines while maintaining safety and coordination among teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site operations, ensuring all fit-out works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth progress.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and tools to ensure proper site productivity.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times.
• Conduct quality checks and snag inspections during and after completion.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and highlight any delays or issues.
• Verify site measurements and assist in preparing as-built drawings.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years UAE experience in interior fit-out projects (commercial, retail, or residential).
• Strong knowledge of interior finishes, joinery, and MEP coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings.
• Excellent communication and site management skills.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
