FIT-OUT TECHNICAL COORDINATOR

We are seeking a highly skilled FIT-OUT Technical Coordinator with a strong background in Fit-Out projects to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of proven experience in reputable contracting companies, demonstrating technical excellence, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and manage all technical aspects of fit-out projects from design to completion.
• Review drawings, specifications, and material submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Liaise between consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to resolve technical issues.
• Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and executing site works efficiently.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to safety and company standards.
• Prepare reports, technical documentation, and as-built drawings when required.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in fit-out projects within reputable contracting firms.
• Ability to work in Amaala project
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and finishes.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other relevant project coordination tools.
