Job Title: Fitout Estimatior/ Quantity Surveyor

Location: UAE Dubai

Job Description:

We are seeking a 1- 5 years UAE experienced Estimation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the Interior Design Fit-Out industry

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and quotations for interior fit-out projects.

Analyze project specifications, drawings, and scope of work to determine project costs.

Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and feasibility.

Work closely with suppliers, contractors, and clients to gather necessary data.

Assist in tendering, pricing strategies, and cost control measures.

Ensure estimates comply with project timelines and budgets.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-5 years of experience in the UAE within the Interior Design Fit-Out industry.

Proficiency in AutoCAD ,MS Excel,Plan Swift and other estimation tools.

Knowledge of materials, market rates, and cost analysis.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
