Fit Social Full Service Lead (Seasonal)

This is a seasonal full service lead position, the position with conclude on September 8th.

Your Role at Fit Social

As a Full Service Lead (Temporary), you’re not just part of the team, you help lead it. You’ll keep things running smoothly behind the scenes while also being front and center with guests. You’ll jump in where needed, support your team, and make sure every shift feels organized, upbeat, and guest-focused. When things get busy, you’re the calm, confident presence that keeps everything on track.


What You'll Be Doing

Leading and Supporting the Team

  • Help guide and support team members across all front-of-house roles
  • Jump in to coach, train, and lead by example during shifts
  • Keep communication open between the team and management

Keeping Operations Running Smoothly

  • Support opening and closing routines to set the team up for success
  • Keep an eye on the floor to make sure service flows smoothly
  • Help manage breaks and step into different roles when needed

Staying Organized and On Top of Tasks

  • Delegate tasks and make sure everything gets done the right way
  • Check side work and help keep the team accountable
  • Handle comps, voids, and discounts following proper guidelines

Creating Great Guest Experiences

  • Be a go-to for guest questions, concerns, and special requests
  • Step in to resolve issues quickly and professionally
  • Lead by example when it comes to friendly, high-quality service

Maintaining Safety and Standards

  • Help keep the environment safe, clean, and welcoming
  • Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service guidelines
  • Uphold Belmont Park and Draft standards every step of the way

Who You Are

  • You have experience in a full-service restaurant and know how to handle a busy shift
  • You’re a natural leader who enjoys helping others succeed
  • You stay cool under pressure and know how to problem-solve on the fly
  • You’re organized, reliable, and ready to take initiative
  • You genuinely enjoy working with people and creating great guest experiences

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to stand/walk up to eight hours at a time
  • Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Able to move equipment which would include pushing, pulling, stooping and shoving, and bending.
  • Able to work outdoors may be exposed to a variety of weather conditions such as rain, cold temperatures, direct sunlight high heat, and humidity.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Required to have or obtain a Food Service Handler Card certification.
  • Demonstrated skills in effective communication, self-motivation, and the ability to inspire others with a positive attitude.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead by example in terms of grooming, safety, cleanliness and stellar conduct always.

Testing/Work Authorization:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
  • Valid U.S. work authorization required.
  • Pre-Employment background check and Drug Test Required.
