We are seeking a professional, energetic, and self-motivated Medical Office & Fitness Sales Associate to support and help scale our three thriving clinic locations. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the multi-clinic owner and play an integral role in growing our memberships, client experience, and overall impact.

About the Role

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, independent, and passionate about health, wellness, and helping others. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients while supporting both administrative and sales functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming calls with professionalism and warmth
• Convert inquiries into scheduled appointments and memberships
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars across locations
• Deliver exceptional customer service and client support
• Perform general administrative and front office duties
• Support sales efforts and contribute to clinic growth

Schedule & Flexibility

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Flexible work location between Plaistow, Newburyport, and Exeter

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $50.00 per hour
