Position Flexologist
Location Darien CT
Pay $24 to $28 per hour when working with clients plus tips and commission
Part time and full time roles available

What You’ll Do

• Deliver one on one assisted stretch sessions tailored to each client
• Educate clients on flexibility, mobility, injury prevention, and recovery
• Support presale events, community outreach, and membership growth initiatives
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to long term retention
• Help create a welcoming, positive, and high energy studio environment

Paid Training and Certification

• All hires will complete StretchLab’s Flexologist Training Program at no cost prior to opening.
• Includes approximately 20 hours of online and in studio training
• Hands on coaching from certified Master Flexologist Trainers
• Ongoing continuing education and development

Compensation and Benefits

• $24 to $28 per hour when working with clients plus tips and commission
• Paid training and nationally recognized certification

✨ Qualifications

• Passion for health, fitness, mobility, and helping others
• Background in personal training, physical therapy, yoga, Pilates, massage therapy, or related field preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in fitness, bodywork, or movement
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, reliability, and team oriented mindset
