- Member Relations: Greet all visitors warmly and assist with check-ins for fitness classes, spa appointments, and personal training.

Front Desk Operations: Manage incoming calls, provide information on class schedules, and process POS transactions for retail items and guest fees.

Facility Support: Maintain a clean and organized lobby area. Ensure the front desk is stocked with supplies.

Administrative Tasks: Prepare daily class rosters, communicate schedule updates to members, and provide general support to the Wellness management team.
- Schedule Availability:

Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Mondays and Wednesdays: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Professionalism: A courteous demeanor and the ability to multitask in a high-end, busy club environment.

Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, fitness, or front-desk operations is preferred. Familiarity with POS or scheduling software is a plus.

Skills: Strong communication skills and a service-oriented attitude. CPR/AED certification is preferred (or a willingness to obtain it).

Physical Ability: Comfortable walking throughout the facility and performing light lifting (up to 25 lbs) for stocking supplies.
