Fitness Sales Director and Management Trainee

The New year is coming! Our King of Prussia location is selling 6+ memberships per day, and we need more sales reps to assist those new members coming in. Plus, continuing to generate additional memberships.

The Fitness Sales Director is a fast-tracking position to become one of our Assistant General Managers within 60-90 days of maintaining the position. Ultimately, we are looking for future General Manager's for our company.

**This is a very Sales driven position. We perform marketing and our goal is to get potential new members to come in and join. We have a daily Quota to achieve with selling memberships to the club.

Responsibilities Include:

- Calling, Texting and emailing people daily

- Marketing through social media platforms along with Google to generate more business

- Handing out guest passes inside and outside the club to get people to show

-Touring guests around our health clubs

- Assessing each guests individual need for our location

-Selling memberships, personal training and other club amenities

-When needed, help clean our clubs to keep our staff and members safe

-Your bonus' will depend on hitting pre-determined sales goals
