This is YOUR opportunity to be part of this groundbreaking, innovative fitness concept! We are currently looking to add a Fitness Sales Associate to our team at our studio in Ephrata, PA.

HOTWORX is 24-Hour Infrared Fitness Studio is the first ever implementation of 3-dimensional training. We combine Heat, Infrared Energy, and Exercise to help flush toxins, tone up, and torch calories! Our studios offer 24-hour access to unlimited sessions ranging from Hot Yoga to Hot Cycle, Hot Buns, and more. Our exclusive workouts are led by virtual instructors in a semi-private environment, suitable for all fitness levels to give members MORE WORKOUT IN LESS TIME!

Basic Duties, Responsibilities & Attributes of a Fitness Sales Associate:

• Provide superior customer service, drive traffic into the location, continually increase the membership base, and focus on the retention of current members.
• Ensure that members understand how to use the HOTWORX Burn Off App, make every member feel special and keep them motivated to achieve their goals.
• Assist members during their visits by providing warm greetings for each visit, providing proper sauna and workout instructions, answering questions, and providing suggestions on gear, hydration, and other retail items.
• Meet or exceed membership sales expectations by effectively communicating the value proposition of HOTWORX membership to and participate in lead generation and occasional off-site promotions.
• Participate in daily outreach efforts to connect with potential members to engage with prospective members.
• Assist Manager in social media engagement posts, promotions, and on-going ad campaigns by providing insight on results, ideas, and more to increase traffic and promote online engagement.
• Follow general cleaning and maintenance checklists and guides as assigned by management.
• Complete all daily open/closing procedures and checklists for each shift.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.50 - $15.00 per hour
