Overview
Support Motion Team Leaders in ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations through training, supervision, and development of team members. Oversee classes, personal training, guest services, and facility standards, while contributing to the delivery of Motion services and activities. Act as an ambassador of wellness and sustainability by leading through example.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver theory and hands-on training for the Motion team; manage schedules, reports, and training materials.
- Work with Team Leaders to communicate goals, protocols, and ensure service quality.
- Assess team skills and provide engaging, effective training sessions.
- Support development and delivery of classes, workshops, and new programs.
- Monitor industry trends and recommend service or program enhancements.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, equipment readiness, and department inventory.
- Handle guest queries and ensure accurate records and profiles.
- Act as an ambassador of wellness and support overall operations as needed.
Job Requirements
- BSc/BA in Sports Science or equivalent, with CPR certification.
- Certified in Personal Training, Group Classes, Pilates (Mat & Reformer), and minimum 200h YTTC (ideally including Flying Yoga).
- Proven fitness industry experience, preferably in a luxury resort.
- Fluent in English (Arabic and additional languages are an advantage).
- Strong background working with multicultural teams.
