Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Assessment: Accurately identify and evaluate clients' fitness levels, health histories, and potential risk factors.
  • Program Design & Modification: Develop, oversee, and modify tailored individual and group exercise plans based on specific needs, progress, potential injuries, or existing health issues.
  • Training & Instruction: Conduct engaging training sessions using a holistic approach, incorporating cardiovascular exercise, strength training, and other relevant disciplines.
  • Safety & Supervision: Ensure the proper and safe use of all fitness equipment, strictly following established safety and hygiene guidelines.
  • Health & Wellness Coaching: Address nutrition and general health-related questions, offering guidance within scope of practice.
  • Emergency Response: Be prepared to carry out necessary First Aid and CPR if needed during training sessions.
  • Sales & Promotion: Effectively refer to and promote the facility's various fitness packages and membership plans to drive sales and retention.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
