Fitness Trainer

Brief Overview

We are looking for a professional and inspiring Fitness Trainer to join our team. The role includes delivering one-on-one and group training sessions, designing customized fitness programs, tracking clients’ progress, and contributing to improving service quality and turning goals into real results — no “magic promises,” just solid work.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assess clients’ fitness and physical condition (Fitness Assessment) and set goals accordingly.
  • Design tailored training programs (Strength / HIIT / Functional / Cardio / Weight Loss / Toning).
  • Deliver training sessions:
  • One-on-one (PT) and group sessions as per the schedule.
  • Follow safety standards, correct form, and help prevent injuries.
  • Track progress and update plans weekly/monthly based on measurements and adherence.
  • Provide fitness education: warm-ups, stretching, breathing techniques, and daily movement habits.
  • Coordinate with the nutrition and reception teams to align the client’s plan and confirm appointments.
  • Support service promotion through simple content (short Stories/Reels) when needed.
  • Document sessions and client notes in the system/approved files.

Basic Requirements

  • A training certification or professional accreditation (e.g., NASM / ACE / ISSA or equivalent).
  • Practical experience in training (preferably 1–3+ years).
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and injury prevention fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication and motivation skills, with professional session management.
  • Professional appearance and punctuality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in training for: toning, fat loss, postpartum, seniors, or minor injuries (within an appropriate scope).
  • Additional certifications: CPR/First Aid, Functional Training, Corrective Exercise.
  • Ability to work within a structured client journey system and increase adherence and membership/renewal rates.

  • Session attendance rate and reduced cancellations/no-shows.
  • Client satisfaction and service ratings.
  • Program adherence and goal achievement rate.
  • Membership renewal and client retention rate.
  • Quality of documentation and follow-up.
