Supervisors – Fit-Out & Joinery

We are a leading fit-out and joinery factory specializing in high-quality custom interiors, furniture, and woodwork solutions.

We are seeking supervisors with knowledge of AutoCAD and experienced in the fit-out and joinery industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site fit-out activities.
• Ensure project execution as per drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers effectively.
• Monitor quality control and ensure safety standards are met.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients.
• Prepare daily progress reports and attend site meetings.
• Resolve site-related issues promptly to avoid delays.

Candidates

• Proven experience (minimum 4 years in interior fit-out/ Jinery supervision.
• Strong knowledge of joinery, MEP coordination, and finishing details.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Fitout draghtsman in GCC: 2 years (Required)
