Fitout Site Engineer

We are hiring a Fit-Out Site Engineer to deliver high-quality interior projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong site management skills and a deep understanding of fit-out works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Track project progress, prepare reports, and resolve on-site issues.
• Manage material schedules and ensure timely project delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering, or related field.
• 3–7 years’ proven experience in interior fit-out projects.
• Expertise in joinery, gypsum, flooring, ceilings, and finishing works.
• Familiarity with MEP coordination in fit-out.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.
