Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fitout Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior fit-out works, excellent coordination skills, and solid experience in finishing and documentation. You will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with all stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations for fit-out projects
• Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and project stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
• Review and manage shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation
• Ensure proper implementation of finishing works (joinery, gypsum, flooring, painting, etc.)
• Identify and resolve technical issues on-site
• Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control procedures are followed
• Support project planning, scheduling, and cost control activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fit-out/interior finishing projects
• Strong knowledge of finishing works and construction detailing
• Experience in project documentation, shop drawings, and submittals
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools
• Good understanding of QA/QC procedures and HSE standards
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on commercial, retail, or hospitality fit-out projects
• Familiarity with local authority regulations and approvals
• Knowledge of BIM or other design software is an advantage
• PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus
