Fitout Site Engineer - FOYER DECOR WORKS LLC

Roles & Responsibility:

• Supervise and manage all site activities related to interior fit-out works.
• Coordinate with the project manager, consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
• Ensure proper implementation of ID drawings, shop drawings, and design intent on site.
• Monitor quality of works, materials, and workmanship to meet project standards.
• Conduct daily site inspections and maintain compliance with safety standards.
• Verify quantities, materials, and ensure timely procurement as per project requirements.
• Maintain accurate site documentation, including progress reports, site observations, and daily logs.
• Support in resolving technical and site-related issues promptly.
• Coordinate installation of furniture, partitions, ceilings, MEP interfaces, and finishing works.
• Ensure all works are executed according to schedule and approved specifications.
• Assist in cost control, tracking variations, and resource allocation.
• Maintain strong communication and coordination within the site team to ensure smooth workflow.

QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture (Mandatory)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects
• Proven experience in managing high-quality ID works
• Strong understanding of ID materials, finishes, and detailing
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings
• Excellent site management, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
• Proactive and detail-oriented with a commitment to quality
