We are looking for a Site Supervisor with Procurement Experienceto oversee interior fit-outprojects, ensuring smooth execution and efficient material procurement. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in supervising site activities, coordinating with contractors, and handling procurement tasks for materials and equipment. This role requires excellent leadership, organizational, and negotiation skills to maintain quality and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:Site Supervision & Project Execution:

• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring that work is executed as per project specifications, timelines, and safety standards.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, workers, and site teamsfor efficient workflow.
• Ensure that materials, tools, and equipmentare available on-site as required.
• Monitor quality control and finishingto ensure high standards in interior fit-out works.
• Resolve on-site challengesand report progress to the project manager.
• Conduct regular site inspectionsand enforce safety protocolsfor all site personnel.

Procurement & Material Management:

• Identify and procure materials(gypsum, joinery, lighting, flooring, paint, MEP items, etc.) required for interior fit-out projects.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractorsto negotiate the best prices and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Track inventory and stock levels, ensuring materials are ordered and used efficiently.
• Coordinate with the accounts team for purchase orders, invoices, and budget control.
• Maintain records of procurement transactions, supplier performance, and material usage.

Communication & Reporting:

• Act as the primary contactbetween project managers, site teams, and vendors.
• Prepare daily/weekly reportson site progress, material status, and procurement updates.
• Ensure smooth communication between designers, engineers, and on-site teamsfor seamless execution.

Key Requirements:

✅ Education & Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 2-4 yearsof experience in site supervision and procurementfor interior fit-out projects.
• Hands-on experience in handling material sourcing, vendor coordination, and site logistics.

✅ Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and team managementskills.
• Good understanding of interior fit-out materials, finishes, and MEP works.
• Excellent procurement negotiation and cost-control abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and ERP softwarefor procurement tracking.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, solve problems, and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with local authority regulationsfor interior fit-out projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• UAE experiencewith a valid driving license(preferred).
• Experience in managing commercial, retail, and hospitalityinterior projects.
• Knowledge of sustainable and cost-effective materialsfor interior works.
