Fitout/Renovations office/Site Supervisor Engineer / Project Manager

Position: Site Supervisor/ Project Coordinator and Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision:Oversee and manage multiple renovation sites, ensuring strict adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
Conduct daily site visits to all projects, coordinating with teams to allocate resources efficiently and ensuring projects are on track for timely completion and budget adherence.
Maintain a keen eye for quality control, identifying and addressing potential issues promptly to maintain high standards of workmanship.
Lead and motivate teams of workers, providing guidance, time management, and problem-solving solutions to meet site requirements effectively.
Collaborate with subcontractors, office teams, and management to streamline project execution, material procurement, and staff allocation.

Sales and Client Relationship Building: Meet with potential clients to showcase our services, demonstrating our expertise, and building strong, lasting relationships.
Take precise measurements and thorough meeting notes to provide accurate information to the office team for pricing and site instructions.
Effectively communicate project details, timelines, and pricing to clients, addressing any queries or concerns to ensure a clear understanding.

Project Management:Monitor and report on project progress, schedules, and budgets to senior management, highlighting achievements and addressing potential obstacles.
Collaborate with office teams to ensure timely ordering and delivery of materials, maintaining optimal inventory levels and minimizing project delays.
Exercise sound budgeting practices, ensuring projects are executed within allocated budgets while seeking opportunities for cost-saving measures.

Qualifications and Skills:Proven experience in construction and interior fitout projects in the UAE, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry practices, regulations, and safety standards.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams to deliver high-quality work on schedule.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management, including resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting.
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory; own car is a significant advantage.
