Fitter

Key responsibilities of a fitter:

· Assembly & Installation:

Putting together new machinery, equipment, and pipework according to technical drawings.

· Fabrication:

Cutting, drilling, filing, and shaping metal parts to fit specific requirements, sometimes using lathes and milling machines.

· Maintenance & Repair:

Diagnosing issues, disassembling equipment, replacing parts, and rebuilding components.

· Precision Work:

Using measuring tools to ensure parts fit exactly, requiring high accuracy.

· Problem-Solving:

Addressing urgent mechanical breakdowns and finding solutions to keep operations running.

Where they work:

· Factories and production plants

· Construction sites (installing pipes, valves)

· Workshops for machinery repair

· Automotive, aerospace, and HVAC industries

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
