Position Overview

This role combines:

You will travel throughout the DFW area fitting patients with physician-prescribed orthopedic braces and medical devices while also helping Medicos grow relationships with healthcare providers and medical offices.

Core Responsibilities

Patient Care & Fittings

  • Deliver and fit orthopedic braces and medical devices for patients
  • Educate patients on proper product use
  • Ensure patients have an exceptional experience
  • Maintain professionalism in clinics, hospitals, and patient homes

Field Operations

  • Drive throughout the DFW metroplex for fittings and appointments
  • Coordinate scheduling and communication with office staff
  • Be available for on-call services 7 days on 14 days off
  • Maintain accurate documentation and inventory accountability
  • Mileage reimbursement provided

Business Development & Sales Support

  • Conduct cold calls to prospective medical offices
  • Assist with setting appointments for the sales team
  • Build relationships with physicians, medical assistants, and clinic staff

  • Help expand Medicos’ professional network within the healthcare industry

Professional Development

  • Participate in Medicos’ internal sales and leadership development training
  • Develop communication, networking, and sales skills
  • Gain exposure to healthcare operations and relationship management

Compensation Structure

Hourly Compensation

  • $18–$20/hour for candidates with no experience
  • $22–$24/hour for candidates with relevant experience

Additional Compensation Opportunities

  • $20–$25 per fitting completed
  • Mileage reimbursement provided
  • $25 bonus for every qualified meeting scheduled through cold calls

Qualifications

Required

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Comfortable driving throughout the DFW area

  • Comfortable speaking with new people daily
