Fitter/Fabricator - Part Time/Temporary Second Shift

Southwest Steel Fabrication was founded in 1910 and is an AISC certified fabricator in Bonner Springs, Kansas. We perform heavy fabrication for commercial, DOT, and the US Army Corps of Engineers. You may have seen our projects or driven across a bridge with components that we fabricated.

Seeking qualified fitters/fabricators who can read and interpret prints for a temporary part time second shift. Hours are negotiable and approximate 4-6 hours per day until 9 pm.

DOT and/or exposure to US Army Corps of Engineers preferred. Experience with structural fitting and welding at minimum. Stainless MIG and Aluminum TIG a plus.

We are also hiring for a Day Shift Fitter/Fabricator.

Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
