Fixed Assets Management Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and continuously update the Group Fixed Assets Register.

- Verify the existence, condition, and location of all assets through regular physical checks.

- Coordinate with Finance and Supply Chain Division on capitalization, tagging, tracking, and reconciliation.

- Manage asset transfers, disposals, and depreciation.

- Confirm asset availability before approving new purchases.

- Lead full physical stock takes across all sites.

- Ensure all asset data is accurately recorded and reconciled in IFS Cloud and the Fixed Assets Management (FAM) system.

- Support the implementation of asset tagging solutions (QR codes / GPS where applicable).

- Enforce Fixed Assets policies and internal controls across the Group.

What We’re Looking For:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Engineering.

- 5+ years of experience in Fixed Assets Management, Asset Control, or Financial Accounting.

- Strong experience with ERP systems (IFS Cloud experience is a plus).

- Proven experience handling multi-site asset portfolios.

- Hands-on experience in physical asset verification and monitoring.

- Strong coordination, leadership, and analytical skills.
