Fixed Income & Private Credit Analyst

We are currently partnering with a leading investment platform in the UAE to appoint a Fixed Income & Private Credit Analyst to support the growth of its internal investment function.

This is a strong opportunity for an experienced buy-side investment professional with deep expertise across fixed income markets and exposure to private credit / structured finance.

Key Responsibilities:

Fixed Income Portfolio Management (75%)

• Conduct fundamental credit analysis across sovereign, quasi-sovereign, and corporate issuers

• Analyse investment grade and high yield credit opportunities

• Evaluate Sukuk structures and GCC credit markets

• Perform relative value analysis across yield curves

• Monitor portfolio risk, duration, liquidity, and spread exposure

• Assess external fund managers, bond funds, and ETF strategies

Private Credit / Asset Finance (25%)

• Evaluate direct lending and senior secured lending opportunities

• Review structured and asset-backed financing transactions

• Analyse covenant structures, inter-creditor protections, and downside risks

• Build stressed-case and recovery models for investment decision-making

Candidate Requirements:

• 5–7 years of relevant buy-side / institutional investment experience

• Strong fixed income credit analysis background

• Exposure to private credit, structured finance, or asset finance preferred

• Advanced financial modelling capability

• Bloomberg / Refinitiv proficiency

• CFA Charterholder (mandatory)

• Bachelor’s / Master’s in Finance, Economics, or related discipline
