Job Title: FT Trainee – Supply Chain
Department: Supply Chain / Logistics
Location: Chennai
Reporting To: Manager – Supply Chain / Operations
Job Purpose:
To support the Supply Chain / Logistics team in day-to-day operational activities, with focus on data entry, vehicle planning, documentation, and customer coordination. The role will provide hands-on exposure to logistics processes and help in building a strong foundation in supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks in the system, including quick load posting for import/export operations.
- Assist in vehicle planning and placement, ensuring timely updates in the software.
- Collect, verify, and organize operational documents from customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Maintain records and assist in filing and documentation.
- Coordinate with customers for follow-ups, updates, and collection of required information/documents.
- Support the operations team in communication with transporters, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing simple reports and operational trackers as required.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company SOPs in all assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from a recognized university.
- Prior experience or internships in logistics, supply chain, or operations will be an added advantage.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to multitask and support daily operational requirements.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
