Lead the team as Assistant Store Manager on a full time basis in our Flagship Sydney CBD store on a fixed term contract until October 2026. This is an opportunity to bring your passion, share your knowledge, and make your mark at a leading global beauty retailer.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in leading the team to deliver an unbeatable client experience.
  • Utilise and exploit data to inform operational decisions and develop strategies for business growth and sales conversion.
  • Drive a selling culture within your team to meet KPIs and promote Sephora's values.
  • Consistently raise performance and capability of the team to support internal talent development.
  • Implement a continuous improvement mentality within the team and work in partnership with the wider group.
  • Energise your team to deliver first class customer service within a fast paced environment.
What you'll thrive on
  • Passion to support and lead your team to provide client centric service that builds brand loyalty.
  • Track store profit and loss, monitor shrinkage, conversion, and forecasting to maximise profitability.
  • Drive operational incentives, brand events, training, and visual merchandising changes.
  • Maintain a strong, positive culture with recognition, coaching, and career development.
  • Value core metrics to measure performance and help develop store talent.
Qualifications
  • 2-3+ years' experience in retail/store line management.
  • Passionate about excellent client service and experiential retail.
  • Previous retail management experience at a big box retailer or multi site experience.
  • Excellent organisational, analytical, and business management skills.
  • Hands on leader who loves being on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and support team members.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and influence across all levels.
  • Ability to work weekends, before/after store hours, and evenings.

To be successful, you must be available for 5 full days across key trading times, including late night and weekend availability.
