What Your Days Will Look Like

• Lead, coach, and motivate a passionate retail team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Drive sales performance by setting goals, tracking progress, and celebrating wins.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, POS, reporting, and payroll management.
• Champion brand standards in merchandising, store presentation, and product knowledge.
• Train and develop the team using structured programs and ongoing coaching.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, security, and operational policies.
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and other teams to deliver a seamless retail experience.
• Prepare for and execute in-store promotions and special events.

• Proven experience leading retail teams (fashion/apparel experience a bonus).
• A natural coach, motivator, and role model for customer service excellence.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills-able to keep things running smoothly.
• Confident with sales targets, budgets, and using tech (Microsoft apps, POS, payroll).
