10-4 Logistics USA seeks full-time W-2 Class A CDL flatbed drivers based in Fort Wayne, IN to haul flatbed freight across all 48 states. Typical duties and responsibilities:

• Haul regional and OTR flatbed freight with typical runs up to 2,000–2,500 miles covering multiple states.
• Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs; conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and promptly report maintenance needs.
• Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments and maintain on‑time performance.
• Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch, customers, and team members.

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 1 year OTR driving experience and at least 6 months flatbed experience.
• Experience hauling steel and steel pipe is required.
• Demonstrated proficiency with straps, tarps, chains, and binders for securement.
• Clean driving record (MVR).
