Job Overview
Join our dynamic Owner Operators Dispatch Service team and take charge of connecting independent truck drivers with the freight opportunities that keep the economy moving! In this vital role, you will coordinate loads, manage routes, and ensure smooth communication between drivers and clients. Your proactive approach will help drivers maximize their efficiency while maintaining safety and compliance standards. This position offers an exciting chance to be at the heart of the transportation industry, supporting owner operators in delivering excellence every day.

Duties

• Coordinate and assign freight loads to owner operators based on their equipment type, including refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, dump trucks, roll-off trucks, and tractor-trailers.
• Manage route planning to optimize delivery schedules, including route driving and load & unload operations.
• Communicate clearly with drivers regarding pickup and delivery instructions, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and delivery deadlines.
• Monitor driver progress throughout their routes, providing support for any issues related to manual transmission operation or specialized equipment such as forklifts.
• Maintain detailed records of freight movements, load statuses, and driver logs to ensure compliance with transportation regulations.
• Assist drivers with troubleshooting equipment or logistical issues to promote efficient deliveries across various freight types.
• Foster positive relationships with drivers by providing timely updates and support for their delivery driver experience.

We operate as a dispatch partner, focusing on keeping your trucks moving while handling the administrative and coordination side of the business.

Our Dispatch Services Include:

Freight sourcing through established brokers, shippers, and premium load boards

No forced dispatch — carrier preferences always come first

Weekly trip planning to support consistent operations

Rate negotiation on your behalf

Load setup and paperwork, including invoicing for factoring companies and insurance certificates

Dedicated dispatcher assigned to each carrier

Assistance with lumper, layover, and TONU requests

Service availability Monday through Friday (weekend pre-booking available)

Free trailers available for power-only carriers (included with dispatch fees)

• MC Authority
• W-9 Form
• Certificate of Insurance
• Notice of Assignment (if factoring) or a voided check

Dispatch Fees:

Flat fee: $250–$350 per week

or

Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, Step Deck: 5%

Hotshot, Box Truck: 8%

Fees are invoiced weekly after loads have been booked and are billed every Monday.
