Team Member – Flatiron Brewing (Manistique, MI)

Flatiron Brewing is a brewery and quick-service Detroit style pizza restaurant on the northern shore of Lake Michigan. We are seeking versatile Team Members to grow with us in a fast-paced, craft-focused environment.

Position Overview

• Role: Seasonal (10-30 hours/week) with potential for permanent placement.
• Schedule: Positions available for all shifts, weekends are a must, with various weekday shifts also available.
• Compensation: $15.00/hour + participation in the staff tip pool.
• Structure: This is a cross-trained role with shifts in the kitchen and taproom, as well as delivery.

Position Overview

• Kitchen: Prepare dough/ingredients, cook pizzas per SOPs, and maintain strict sanitation and equipment cleanliness.
• Taproom: Provide high-quality service, manage the POS system, execute hourly cleaning/sanitization rotations, and communicate product knowledge to guests.
• Delivery: Safely deliver food and beer within a 10-mile radius. (Must have a valid license and a registered, insured vehicle).
• General: Handle keg changes, inventory stocking, and basic grounds maintenance.

Qualifications

• Age: Must be of legal age to sell/serve alcohol in Michigan.
• Experience: Previous kitchen experience preferred; bartending/serving experience is a bonus.
• Physical: Ability to stand for full shifts and regularly lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• Attributes: Passion for craft beer, ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment, and a team-player attitude.
