</p><ul><li>Check schedule daily to see what items will be ran</li><li>
Hook mix tanks to appropriate down lines to flavor vats</li><li>
Sanitize lines, flavor vats, freezers, fillers with Matrixx
<ul><li><ul><li>Test to insure proper concentrations are being dispensed</li><li>
Add additional sanitizer or adjust dispenser if needed</li></ul></li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>
Draw mix to flavor vats, flavor and color mix</li><li>
Fill out daily paperwork<ul><li>
Mix and flavoring quantities, times, lot numbers</li></ul></li><li>
Make coloring and citric acid as needed</li><li>
Keep inventories of flavorings and inclusions. Report inventories to purchasing agent</li><li>
Take trash to dumpster and recyclables to appropriate areas</li><li>
Keep flavor vat area clean and organized</li><li>
Assist in plant as needed</li><li>
Schedule 2:30PM to completion (approximately 12AM)</li><li><b>
Starting wage of $23.82 / hour ; increased to $24.42 after 60 days of positive performance - $36.63/hour per OT Hour</b>.</li></ul></div>
