What You’ll Do:

Coordinate fleet and special sales for public institutions, diplomatic clients, and corporate key account companies.

Manage discount approvals and ensure accurate documentation and compliance.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts through regular visits and proactive engagement.

Collaborate with internal teams and dealer networks for seamless operations.

Prepare reports and insights for management and liaise with Mercedes-Benz headquarters in Germany.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all fleet-related systems.
What We’re Looking For:

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Passion for passenger cars and solid knowledge of the automotive industry.

Experience in sales or marketing (preferably automotive).

Excellent communication in Turkish and English.

Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven mindset.

Bachelor’s degree and valid driver’s license.

Advanced MS Office skills and willingness to travel frequently.
