Fleet and Special Sales Coordinator

Are you passionate about the automotive industry and skilled in building strong business relationships? Join us as a Fleet and Special Sales Coordinator and play a key role in driving Mercedes-Benz passenger car sales to public sector customers, diplomatic clients, and major corporate accounts.



What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate fleet and special sales for public institutions, diplomatic clients, and corporate key account companies.
  • Manage discount approvals and ensure accurate documentation and compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts through regular visits and proactive engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and dealer networks for seamless operations.
  • Prepare reports and insights for management and liaise with Mercedes-Benz headquarters in Germany.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all fleet-related systems.




What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Passion for passenger cars and solid knowledge of the automotive industry.
  • Experience in sales or marketing (preferably automotive).
  • Excellent communication in Turkish and English.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree and valid driver’s license.
  • Advanced MS Office skills and willingness to travel frequently.
