Fleet Associate

Overview

Job Description

• Control and monitoring of the fleet (vehicles, equipment and documents)
• Route planning and coordination with drivers for on-time delivery
• Vehicle maintenance and servicing; monitoring the need for technical inspections and registrations
• Records and documentation for vehicles, fuel and transportation costs
• Support of the logistics and distribution team

Job Requirements

• Secondary or higher education
• Knowledge of vehicle operation and logistics
• Responsibility, punctuality and organization
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
