Fleet Body Technician

24.50 flat rate

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift & Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday-Friday, Flexible Work Hours

Car Craft will cover 100% of the cost of moving your tools within the Saint Louis Metro area.

Job Duties

· Repair vehicles to pre-accident condition following manufacturer set guidelines and procedures.

· Perform all straightening, door, hood and deck alignments

· Diagnose & troubleshoot mechanical issues

· Weld and solder as needed

· Repair damaged body panels

· Maintain and clean and safe work area

Experience & Requirements

· Minimum of 3 years experience as a body technician in a collision shop

· Proficient using power tools and welding techniques for automotive repair

· I-Car & ASE certifications preferred

· Must have or be willing to obtain the proper tools required

· Must be able to pass pre-employment background check

· Must be able to read and understand written estimates and work orders

· Ability to perform the physical requirements such as lifting objects over 50 pounds, kneeling, bending and squatting

Pay: $24.50 per hour
