Breakdown Controller – Transport Operations

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Breakdown Controller who has worked in transport, logistics, fleet management, or mechanical service. The candidate must be able to handle breakdown calls, coordinate repairs, and ensure smooth vehicle movement.

Responsibilities

Attend and manage vehicle breakdown calls from drivers

Coordinate with mechanics, workshops, and towing services

Monitor vehicle movement and provide route assistance

Maintain daily breakdown logs, service reports, and repair records

Ensure timely repair and reduce vehicle downtime

Communicate with drivers, supervisors, and transport team

Support fleet maintenance and safety processes

Required Experience

1–3 years experience in any of the following fields:

Transport / Logistics

Fleet Management

Breakdown Handling

Vehicle Service & Maintenance

Mechanical Support

Candidate must have experience in relevant transport operations

Skills Required

Strong communication & coordination

Knowledge of basic vehicle parts and breakdown procedures

Computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp updates, data entry)

Problem-solving & decision-making ability

Qualification

12th Pass / Graduate

Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical (optional but preferred)
