Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced
Fleet Coordinator
to manage and coordinate our ride-hailing fleet operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling rider onboarding, fleet performance monitoring, and ensuring operational efficiency across the platform.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage daily fleet operations.

Monitor rider performance and ensure smooth ride operations.

Handle rider onboarding, training, and documentation.
-
Track vehicle availability and maintain fleet records.
-
Resolve operational issues faced by riders in real time.
-
Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
-
Coordinate with operations and support teams to improve service efficiency.

Analyze fleet performance and prepare operational reports.
Requirements:

Mandatory experience in Ride Hailing industry
(such as Careem, Uber, Bykea, InDrive, etc.).

Proven experience in fleet management or operations coordination.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage riders and operational tasks simultaneously.

Good knowledge of ride-hailing operations and fleet management systems.

Proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets is preferred.
