We are currently hiring a Full-Time Diesel Mechanic in Louisville, KY to work on our rental fleet and support equipment operations.

Schedule & Work Expectations:

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• On-call rotation required
• Overtime expected
• Average 45–50 hours per week

What You’ll Do:

• Repair and maintain rental fleet equipment including diesel pumps, generators, air compressors, frac tanks, roll-off boxes, and more
• Work on delivery trucks, trailers, and pickup trucks
• Perform field service and swap out down equipment as needed
• Service customer-owned pumps, generators, compressors, and dealer-supported equipment
• Diagnose and repair engines including John Deere, Cummins, Isuzu, Yanmar, Deutz, and Kubota
• Use manufacturer software and diagnostic tools

Additional Responsibilities:

• Perform rental inspections on equipment
• Determine when equipment should be refurbished or sold
• Assess and prioritize maintenance and repair needs
• Assist other mechanics and fabricators as needed
• Evaluate and document customer damage charges
• Complete detailed work orders and service documentation
• Attend manufacturer and Blue Tank and Pump training
• Support team with general operational tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous diesel mechanic experience required
• Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of equipment
• Must provide own tools
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to learn and attend training

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record
• Ability to pass:
• Department of Transportation (DOT) Physical
• DOT Drug Test
• Background Check
• Participation in random drug testing pool during employment
