zTrip is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fleet Dispatcher to support our daily transportation operations. In this role, you’ll balance real-time dispatch responsibilities with top-tier customer service, serving as a critical connection between drivers, customers, and the operations team to ensure a smooth and reliable transportation experience.

What You’ll Do as a Fleet Dispatcher:

• Dispatch and route drivers based on demand, schedules, and availability
• Monitor live trips and proactively resolve service, routing, or customer issues
• Communicate route changes, trip updates, and operational instructions to drivers
• Assist customers by answering calls, addressing concerns, and resolving issues promptly
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, trip records, and customer interactions
• Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure service quality and efficiency

What You’ll Bring to the Role as a Fleet Dispatcher:

• Previous experience in dispatching, customer service, logistics, or fleet operations (preferred)
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with dispatch, scheduling, or fleet management software (a plus)
• Valid driver’s license
