Flux Dispatch is hiring a Fleet Growth Executive for its USA Trucking Project.

This role focuses on acquiring, onboarding, retaining, and growing trucking companies and owner-operators within the USA trucking industry.

Candidates from supply chain operations, warehouse logistics, customs clearance, freight forwarding, or import/export backgrounds without sales or account management experience should not apply.

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and professional Fleet Growth Executive to help expand our network of trucking clients.

The primary responsibility is to identify, contact, onboard, and retain owner-operators and trucking fleets for our dispatch and fleet management services. This role combines sales, relationship management, account growth, and customer retention.

The ideal candidate understands that acquiring a fleet is only the first step—the goal is to build long-term relationships and help clients grow their businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and contact USA-based owner-operators and trucking companies
  • Present and sell dispatch and fleet management services
  • Convert prospects into active accounts
  • Manage the onboarding process for new fleets and trucks
  • Build strong relationships with existing clients
  • Improve client retention and satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing fleet accounts
  • Maintain CRM records, call logs, and account notes
  • Achieve monthly fleet acquisition and retention targets
  • Coordinate with dispatch, safety, and operations teams to support client success

Required Qualifications

  • Junior, Mid-Level, or Senior candidates may apply
  • Fluent English verbal communication is mandatory
  • Experience in sales, account management, customer success, business development, or trucking dispatch preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to confidently conduct outbound calls and follow-ups
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a professional on-site office environment

Job Details

Position: Fleet Growth Executive

Working Hours: 9 Hours per Day

Compensation & Incentives

Basic Salary: PKR 50,000 – PKR 70,000

Performance Incentives:

  • Commission for every new fleet or truck onboarded
  • Retention bonuses based on client longevity
  • Growth incentives for expanding existing accounts

Career Growth:
Opportunities to advance into Senior Fleet Growth Manager, Account Manager, or Business Development leadership roles.
