Store Keeper cum Fleet Incharge
We are seeking a Store Keeper cum Fleet Incharge to manage medical inventory along with fleet operations, ensuring smooth storage, distribution of medicines, and efficient vehicle coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, store, and issue medicines, medical supplies, and consumables in an organized manner
- Maintain accurate inventory records, batch tracking, and expiry monitoring
- Ensure proper storage conditions as per healthcare standards (temperature, hygiene, safety)
- Oversee fleet operations, vehicle allocation, and driver coordination
- Ensure all vehicles are maintained, compliant, and ready for operations
- Coordinate deliveries, dispatches, and returns with suppliers and internal departments
- Prepare documentation such as delivery notes, stock reports, fleet logs, and tracking records
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of critical items
- Track vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules
- Handle breakdowns, service coordination, and emergency vehicle deployment
- Follow regulatory guidelines and company procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of medical inventory and fleet operations
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Valid UAE driving license (Mandatory)
