Position Overview
G-FORCE® Parking Lot Striping of Denver is hiring a Fleet & Logistics Technician to own fleet readiness, materials, and inventory operations that keep our crews moving and our jobs seamless. This is a critical operations role. When this position is executed well, the field team shows up stocked, organized, and ready to perform without delays or last-minute scrambling.

This role includes operating a one-ton dually diesel flatbed truck while towing trailers up to 20 feet long and 10,000 lbs. It may also include responsibility for seasonal operations equipment, up to and including skid steers and other highly specialized equipment.

This is not a “follow a checklist” support job. You will be a stakeholder in owning this function end-to-end, including designing, implementing, and improving your inventory control process. You will carry a company credit card for approved purchasing and will be responsible for managing materials and inventory with accuracy, integrity, and discipline. This position does not supervise people and does not direct job site workflow.

Key Responsibilities
Safely operate company trucks and trailers to transport crew, materials, and equipment.
Perform daily vehicle checks and basic upkeep, including fluids, tires, lights, fuel levels, and cleanliness standards; report service needs promptly.
Own inventory for paint, stencils, beads, signage, PPE, tools, and consumables by building and running an inventory control system, including organization, counts, reorder points, restocking, and shortage reporting.
Maintain stencil inventory through scraping, cleaning, labeling, organization, and replacement of worn or damaged items.
Stage and prepare materials for upcoming work, ensuring correct quantities are picked, loaded, and secured.
Review scheduled jobs every Monday, determine material requirements, build job packs, and enter notes in HouseCall Pro to support scheduling and preparation.
Plan travel routes and recommend departure times based on job location, traffic, weather, and equipment load.
Lead Monday shop readiness tasks including trailer cleaning, stencil maintenance, vehicle interiors, supply organization, and restocking of kits.
Load, organize, secure, and prepare equipment for transport as directed by the Lead Striping Technician & Equipment Specialist.
Assist with field tasks including layout support, painting support, wheel stop installation, signage installation, unloading, and cleanup as assigned.
Clean and store equipment after projects under supervision to ensure readiness for the next mobilization.
Use the company credit card for approved materials and supply purchasing and maintain clear documentation of purchases and receipts per company process.
Follow all DOT, fleet safety, and company driving protocols.
Support field operations strictly through assigned tasks without directing personnel or determining workflow.
May assist with operation, monitoring, and basic maintenance of specialized equipment during seasonal operations, including a Snow Dragon snow melting unit, skid steers, and other specialized diesel-powered equipment.
Perform additional logistics and readiness duties as needed.
