We’re looking to fill in an immediate opening as a Permanent Full-Time Fleet Maintenance Coordinator at our Houston location.
What You’ll Do:- Keep our fleet in top shape: track maintenance, handle reconditioning, and manage vehicle disposal where needed.
- Update and maintain records in our systems—POs, service bookings, and maintenance history.
- Ensure vehicles are properly rigged, registered, plated, and ready for customers.
- Coordinate transport, deliveries, and pickups with vendors, drivers, and branch teams.
- Monitor recalls, complete mechanical checklists, and handle damage reports for customer billing.
- Assist with annual vehicle audits, fleet sales preparation, and inventory checks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors: repair shops, body shops, dealers, and more.
- Support operational duties like driver trip coordination, safety communications, and compliance with the Driver & Vehicle Safety Program.
What You Bring:- Previous experience in customer service and rental industry is an asset
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company now or in the future
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- A commitment to exceeding your customer’s expectations
- Availability on evenings and weekends
- Strong computer skills
- Experience working with Rental software would be considered a strong asset
