Fleet Management Supervisor (Engineering)

Reports to: Manager – Engineering

Are you ready to take on a leadership role in aviation fleet management? At Solitair , we’re looking for a dynamic Supervisor – Fleet Management to oversee and coordinate critical technical operations that keep our fleet airworthy and efficient.

What You’ll Do

As Supervisor – Fleet Management, you will:

• Lead and manage Technical Services, Maintenance Planning, Technical Records, and Technical Publications.
• Coordinate with subcontracted CAMO and contracted AMO to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Oversee maintenance planning, inspections, and repairs to meet regulatory and safety standards.
• Ensure timely reporting of utilization data, EO embodiments, and technical documentation.
• Maintain and control technical records and literature, ensuring availability and compliance.
• Supervise procurement and distribution of technical publications and regulatory updates.
• Provide guidance and assign tasks to technical teams, ensuring adherence to safety and airworthiness standards.
• Identify hazards, conduct risk-based trend analysis, and communicate findings to leadership.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in GCAA or EASA-approved CAMO, with at least 2 years as Technical Services or Planning Engineer.
• Aircraft Knowledge: Experience with Boeing 737 family or similar aircraft.
• Systems Expertise: Proficient in Engineering & Maintenance systems (OASES, AMOS, RAMCO, TRAX).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Skills: Strong MS Office proficiency and familiarity with business and manpower management.
