Fleet Management Tech Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Fleet Management Tech Specialist to oversee and optimize fleet operations through technology and data-driven solutions. This role focuses on managing fleet systems, improving vehicle performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain fleet management systems, including GPS tracking, telematics, and fuel monitoring tools
• Monitor vehicle performance, utilization, and maintenance schedules using data analytics
• Analyze fleet data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, licensing, and company policies
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections for all fleet vehicles
• Track fuel consumption, mileage, and driver behavior to optimize usage
• Collaborate with operations, logistics, and finance teams for reporting and planning
• Implement and optimize fleet management software and automation tools
• Generate reports and dashboards on fleet performance and KPIs
• Provide technical support and training to drivers and internal teams on fleet systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in fleet management, logistics technology, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of fleet management systems and telematics platforms
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar)
• Familiarity with vehicle maintenance processes and fleet operations
• Understanding of transportation regulations and safety compliance
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in using GPS tracking and monitoring tools

Pay: QAR22,000.00 per month
