Fleet Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs for the fleet.
• Supervise vehicle inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and breakdown response.
• Manage maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure fleet availability.
• Coordinate with internal workshops and external service providers to ensure quality and timely repairs.
• Control maintenance costs, spare parts usage, and maintenance contracts.
• Review maintenance reports and analyze recurring faults to recommend technical improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, manufacturer recommendations, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance history, repairs, warranties, and technical documentation.
• Support fleet replacement planning based on vehicle condition and maintenance performance.
• Provide technical guidance and support to drivers and maintenance teams.
