We are currently hiring for a Fleet Manager/Mechanic.

For this position, your organizational/communication skills are just as important as your hands on mechanic skills.

Werbrich’s has a fleet of over 50 trucks (primarily ford), 100 pieces of small equipment (honda/stihl) and 15+ Bobcat skid steers/excavators along with other specialized equipment for the landscape, hardscape and arborist fields. The fleet is currently managed by our project management staff. The Fleet Manager Position is a new Position at Werbrich’s.

The Fleet Manager/Mechanic will be responsible for organizing and coordinating repairs and maintenance to the above mentioned assets. Repairs/maintenance will be self performed by the Fleet Manager/Mechanic along with help from our current in house mechanic as well as outsourced repairs (local shops).

The idea candidate will have 10+ years with truck, equipment and small engine repairs and maintenance. Strong organizational and computer skills as well as a general understanding of telematics systems and procedures. A seasoned mechanic looking for a better opportunity with unlimited room for advancement.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Small Engine Mechanic : 7 years (Required)
